Together we will honor the threshold of renewal and awaken to Spring’s promise.  We will celebrate the perfect balance of light and dark, and welcome the season of growth and possibility.

• Light Meditation - Greet the sun with intentional breath work to channel new beginnings 

• Spring Renewal Rituals - Grounding, Cleansing, Planting Seeds & Reclaiming your voice

We are excited to announce Elizabeth Cash will be guiding us through ancient mantra and chanting rituals to support the reclamation of your voice.
